EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT
Please note that by booking any equipment with us you agree with the terms below. Therefore we advice you to read through all these terms so that you have understood them before proceeding with your booking with Sportsnett (Mobo Sportsholding AS)
- The rental period applies for the date(s) stipulated in booking.
- The rental period for our equipment is based on day(s); 1 day corresponds to our regular opening times i.e. 10-20 Monday to Friday and 10-18 on Saturday most of the year, though these times may change depending on season. Please contact us or check our homepage for up to date opening times.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check the confirmation and make sure that the rental period is correct. The booking is binding for both Sportsnett and the customer as soon as Sportsnett has confirmed the booking with a reservation number, and the rental is paid.
- Full payment of the rental cost is required before using the equipment.
- The rental customer is responsible for all equipment. It is recommended that the customer check that all equipment is in expected condition at the beginning of the rental.
- Sportsnett cannot guarantee that equipment in different size than ordered is available.
- Any problems with the equipment functionality must be reported immediately to Sportsnett by e-mail or phone.
- The rental and all use of the equipment are at the customer’s own risk and responsibility and the customer bears full responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur during the rental period. The customer is also responsible for any other person who he/she allows to use the equipment.
- Sportsnett (Mobo Sportsholding AS) has no financial responsibility for loss, damage or injury to persons, property, animals and nature or the like, that may arise through use of the rented equipment.
- If the customer breaches the terms, Sportsnett may claim the equipment returned immediately, without a refund of the rental amount.
- The customer is expected to return the equipment in the same condition as it was at delivery.
- Any damages shall be compensated financially as required by Sportsnett. Each case will be treated separately depending on the damage. Lost and destroyed equipment must be compensated with our wholesale price + VAT.
- Cancelation of booking must be done in writing, via mail to hjelp@sportsnett.no
- For booking cancelled no later than 3 days before rental start the paid amount will be paid back in full.
- For booking cancelled 0-3 days before the start of the rental period, Sportsnett will keep 100% of the paid amount.
- If you wish to return rentals before the day indicated on booking, you will not receive refund of the rental costs.
- If you wish to return rentals later than indicated on booking, you must contact us in advance and check if the equipment is available. Sportsnett cannot guarantee that you will be able to extend the rental period. If we confirm the change you need to pay the rental fees for the additional day(s) according to our regular pricelist.
- Payment is made via Vipps, Visa og Mastercard cards online via our payment service provider DIBS, which meets the strictest security requirements. The customer pays at the time of booking and then the rental agreement is entered into.
- Sportsnett follows standard rental practices and also reserves a deposit amount as stated on the order confirmation upon booking. Reservation ensures that the customer does not return the equipment too late, damage the equipment or does not deliver at all. Deposit size varies depending on selected equipment and is stated in your order confirmation. Sportsnett has the right to use the deposit to cover rent as well as other costs as mentioned above and/or possible recourse requirements.
- All prices are inclusive VAT. The total cost of the purchase will appear before the order is placed and includes all expenses related to rent or purchase.
- Any payment fees incurred on payment are paid by the guest. Sportsnett shall receive the agreed price in the specified currency in the order confirmation.
I, the rental customer agree to all points above.
Sportsnett reserves the right to correct misprints, errors in information as well as changing the terms without notice. We also reserve the right to adjust any price errors before and after the order is processed.
